The vacuum is very straight forward and works well. Advice for improved results are given. Just make sure to pull hair out of different areas (brush, tube, screen) during and after cleaning.

We been using a commercial unit bought off eBay, big and powerful, great until it started breaking and was always too heavy to cart back and forth from our office and home. This system is great for home use and office. Our office and home have 5000 sq ft and this is so much easier to use. Lighter, easier to fill, empty and take upstairs. The Brushes and suction are great as are the hand tools. We are very impressed!
