I bought this a month ago and used it. It worked great but I only have 1 problem, the stair tool that came with it was defective. I sent an email for a replacement but I did not get any response. It would have been a 5 star if were not for this.

Best I've ever owned or used ..took it out of the box so easy to put together . My first rug looked like brand new . Feel cleaning leaves my carpets very clean drys in no time . I have 3 dogs 2 cats and 6 grandkids . Very easy to get out and use in little time . Would recommend

It completely restored my dining table chairs! The ease of cleaning makes it so nice and the powerful suction is a wonder. One of my favorite features is that it has a dry only setting so my carpets were fully dry with in a few hours. I have cleaned my kids room and the hallway now three times and this last time barely any dirt was showing in the dirty water tank. I can completely take apart the machine for a deep clean to have it be like new every use. I did my research on 6 or so other machines this is and will always be my number one choice! Thank you Hoover!

I bought this because we just got a puppy about a month ago. And of course, she is having "accidents". But also because our previous carpet cleaner (a Hoover) was just not cutting it anymore. I absolutely love this machine! So easy to use! It does a great job. I love the automation of the wash and dry feature. No thinking required! And whoever came up with the "dry only" feature is a genius! Now it doesn't take forever for the carpet to dry! No more having fans around the house to help the drying process. The only thing is I wish the power cord was a little longer. But it does not hinder me and I have the same problem with my vacuum. Absolutely recommend Hoover Smartwash!
