I bought it about half a year ago and didn't really have issues I actually liked it but now my brushes don't turn I've tried everything. Super disappointed because I spent so much on it. And I've tried looking up ways to fix it but nothing :( I did love that it comes apart for such easy cleaning brushes coming out was a big plus for me.
