Awesome. Excellent Carpet cleaner

Cleaned my carpet 100%. Carpet looked so clean and soft after washing. Drying took sometime around 5 hours. Easy to operate. Good capacity tanks for fresh water and capturing dirty water. I would definitely recommend this product

I got 3 passes out of the machine.

I got three passes out of the machine, and then it started making a loud grinding groaning sound and shut off and blew a fuse. I immediately noticed an burning motor/electrical smell. I turned the machine over to check to see if the brushes were stuck for some reason. When I turned the machine over, I noticed black soot marks on my carpet. So disgusted with this cleaner. I will never buy another machine from hoover, nor do I want a new machine as I do not want to take the chance of an electrical fire. I now have a stain on my carpet that I have to try to clean. I want my money back. I'll need it to have the carpet professionally cleaned to get rid of the black marks on my carpet. I'll buy a Bissel with the money that's left! What a huge disappointment!! Your company should be ashamed for the shoddy products you sell.

This carpet cleaner is so easy to use and it did a great job on my carpets. Maintenance is very simple. I have already recommended to friends. If you are looking for a carpet cleaner this is the one!

Saves a ton of money but not hiring a professional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy it is to use and how all the parts come off easily to clean. I've used it for couches, chairs, and our carpets and it has worked great with everything. I use a more natural/green carpet detergent and it works well with the Hoover.

It LEAKS

I am ready to clean carpet - poured water in water tank and it LEAKS!! I don't want another one as a replacement, I want my hard saved money refunded. I read what others experienced and no thanks. I'm now no longer a customer.
