I bought this product a month ago, and am so happy I did. Congratulations to the design team! This is my third Hoover carpet cleaner and it is so much easier to use than the former models. The two tanks are easy to remove and replace. I'm glad that the shampoo container is removeable. You can access the brushes and clean them as needed. Before it was very difficult to get the brushes clean. The machine does a great job of cleaning the carpets. This is one great machine!

My husband and I are in with love this carpet cleaner! We have three cats and they have sometimes are a problem in our basement with peeing on the carpet. I love that this just automatically know when you are washing and drying. It has really helped pick up the pet scent in the house and just is a great machine. I would recommend for any pet owner.

I love this product... It gets my carpet really clean and I can trust that it's clean for my crawling baby. Also, Hoover's Customer service was on point. The first one I got wasn't working properly and they had any test a few things and they ended up sending me a brand new one in the box. It works great! Very impressed with their customer service.

I previously owned a Rug Doctor. Difficult to use and didn't last very long. The Smartwash is easy to use easy to clean. I really love the Dry Only feature. It gets up the excess water for shorter drying time. My carpeting never looked better

If you are looking at purchasing a new carpet cleaner, look no further, this is the only one you will need! I received this about a month ago and was very excited to try it out. We have been needing to get our carpets cleaned and thought I would try this route first. I will tell you that I was very pleasantly surprised. The machine is very easy to use - it's much lighter weight and less bulky than a store rental and does just as good of a job or better and you don't have to go to the store to get it or pay someone to do it for you! I would recommend using warm water in the tank for cleaning it seemed to work better when the water was warm. It's an easy push forward to clean and pull back to dry. But what's even better is the dry only button. If you don't believe that the carpet got dry enough when cleaning it you can go back over spots with the dry only feature. I used this on most of the carpet so that it wasn't too damp when I was finished. The cleanup was easy and it has removable brushes making things even easier. I have pets and kids and the smell is wonderful after i have freshly cleaned the carpet. And the stains are gone - bigger bonus. What's also great is that you can use this on upholstery as well. I used it to clean a couple of kids stains off of the couches and it worked great - looks like new. I would highly recommend this carpet cleaner. I know that you will not be disappointed you will just be very happy with the results and ready to use it again the next time stains happen!

I have a 5 1/2 month old puppy who really made a mess of our carpet. It needs to be replaced but want to get to the "100%" trained mark before we do that. I couldn't stand the carpet so I purchased this mean machine and I am in love! Cleaned so much better than the Bissell I had or the Rug Doctor that I rented. Would HIGHLY recommend this machine.
