I bought this about a month ago. It arrived quickly. Once it was here I was excited to use it. It was easy to assemble. And easy to use. So much better then those bulky ones u rent. It's so easy u want to use it u may even offer to clean rugs for friends and family. The smart wash takes the guess work out of how much cleaner to add just fill the soap tank n the machine does it for you.. it's just like vacuuming. It's amazing watching it lift the dirt from your rugs. And the dry only option sucks hours out of the dry time no more waiting all day b4 your floors are dry and family can get back to living. The attachments have been great for accidents while potty training our nee puppy a well for any spills. From the little ones especially in these times where where everyone is home more then ever.. definitely worth the investment

I love the removable cover over the brushes. This makes it so easy to remove pet hair and other debris. I have arthritis in my hands and not having to pull the trigger to release the cleaning solution is a huge plus. The suction power is better than other products I've owned.

This one cleans my carpet really well. I was very happy with how clean it got my carpet, but I have a few complaints. I wish I would have tried it in time to exchange it for another one. 1) it leaves globs of dirt while you are cleaning the carpet instead of keeping all of it in the dirty water container. I had to stop a lot of times to remove the globs of dirt. 2) even though it dries as you pull the cleaner backwards, it recommends to dry the carpet after cleaning, rinse & then dry again. I wish the dry part was only 1X instead of 2X. It seems to me a lot more steps than what it should be. 3) I wish the cleaning solution tank was bigger. I had to add more solution 3X.
