I bought a month ago and cleaned all my carpets. My son came to visit and his older dog had accident on family room carpet. After hand cleaning waste. This machine took the stains right out. Carpet looked new again. Lime it never happened. And the rubber nozzle attachment was a breeze to clean and disinfect. It has already paid for itself. Very easy to use. I am 62 and it glided across the carpets. Highly recommend this machine!

I love the removable cover over the brushes. This makes it so easy to remove pet hair and other debris. I have arthritis in my hands and not having to pull the trigger to release the cleaning solution is a huge plus. The suction power is better than other products I've owned.

This one cleans my carpet really well. I was very happy with how clean it got my carpet, but I have a few complaints. I wish I would have tried it in time to exchange it for another one. 1) it leaves globs of dirt while you are cleaning the carpet instead of keeping all of it in the dirty water container. I had to stop a lot of times to remove the globs of dirt. 2) even though it dries as you pull the cleaner backwards, it recommends to dry the carpet after cleaning, rinse & then dry again. I wish the dry part was only 1X instead of 2X. It seems to me a lot more steps than what it should be. 3) I wish the cleaning solution tank was bigger. I had to add more solution 3X.
