After many years, my old machine suddenly broke and wasn't worth repairing. I quickly ordered this one and am very satisfied so far. It does not have as many features as my old one, and I miss a few of them (spot remover), but it's lighter- thank goodness! And it's much easier to clean. We have two large dogs, so the machine is quickly covered in dog hair.

Very happy with this carpet shampooer I have 1 dog 4 cats. This shampooer along with proper cleaning solution got some really harsh stains and odors off of my cream colored carpet! The drying time is incredible also! Most shampooers soak your carpet and don't suck it back up this one sucks it all back up! This was my first Hoover brand and I'm so happy I decided on Hoover it's truly been a god send to me! I will be repurchasing when I need another shampooer!

I love this very powerful machine. We could literally see the carpet go from dirty to clean with each stroke of the carpet cleaner. We had never owned our own carpet cleaner and have lived in our home for over 20 years. We either borrowed one or had carpet cleaners come in to do the cleaning. Now with COVID 19 going on, we are at home more and noticed just how much we could benefit from doing some spring cleaning. The 4 of us in my family all pitched in and cleaned every carpet in our home ourselves and was so glad I had made the purchase of this machine before the stay at home orders were in place.
