I purchased this carpet cleaner in February 2020 and stored for six months with clean water in clean water tank. When I returned to use it again six months later, the rubber seal at the bottom of the clean water tank had completely deteriorated and all the associated bottom seal parts were floating in the tank. Very disappointing as I only used the cleaner one time with the factory supplied cleaner.

As soon as I saw how easy it was to get started, I was amazed! It was so powerful and shucked my carpets dry. No waiting for hours to walk on your carpets. So so easy to clean up and refill. I had an old carpet cleaner that weighed a ton, but this machine was so much lighter and no guessing if I sprayed enough soapy water. This machine did it all for. And no trigger! Just go forward and backward to dry. Couldn't be easier. I LOVE this carpet washer.
