I bought this about a month ago and love it . I have 3 dogs and accidents happen. This took stains out that I couldn't get out with previous cleaner. It really deep cleans and then dries the spot ..All I can say is if you are unhappy with your present floor cleaner you HAVE to try this one . Its well worth it !! Thank you Hoover !!
We recently got a puppy who has had several accidents. This machine cleaned and dried our carpets beautifully. I look forward to using it again because it was so easy to use and I got a great result.
Purchased this after reading tons of reviews and watching a million ads. I wanted simple but efficient. That's exactly what I got. I will say I do agree with the noise, it is pretty loud when in use. My solution was noise cancelling headphones. I also read a review about rust building on the roller casing, so I made sure to dry those very well after use. I can't believe the amount of grossness that came out of my apartment carpets. They are not new by any means, but we don't walk in my home with shoes on and I'm pretty ocd about germs. After cleaning the carpets and an area rug everything was softer and felt newer than the day we moved in. Also loved that you can turn off the wash function and get up even more water. I love the how simple it was to disassemble and clean the machine before putting it away. No tools needed, and no worries for next use. The only draw back is size. I knew it was a full size machine, but if your already in a cramped space, finding a home for it will be a chore.
I literally just sold my Bissell because it was not getting the extra water that was flooding onto the carpet, the nozzle and brushes were brutal to clean, and was not getting results with 3 little dogs on the house. Well, I had an older Hoover model prior to moving into my apartment 9 months ago, it did pretty good but did not have any attachments and the suction was not so great. Enter stage left, Smart wash by Hoover rescues my anxiety and it is a no brainer and hands down the BEST carpet cleaner on the market. thanks Hoover!
