I love this carpet cleaner....the only negative thing I have to say is it didn't come with a user manual.....not that I really needed one, but it would have been good to have one if only for the measurement of the shampoo.

I have 3 dogs and usually a visiting grandpup. Newer carpet. This machine is very easy and does a great job!! I was really surpied how easy it is to refill water adn to empty and clean as well. I have thick carpet and this gets most of the water out and it dries pretty quick. Thanks Hoover! Love it

This carpet cleaner is so easy to use. Push forward to release cleaner then pull back to dry. I love the feature to use only the drying section to pull up excess water. I'm so happy I made this purchase.
