This was so easy to use when my 2 small dogs have accidents. Pet hair is not the reason I got this-potty accidents were. Runs like a dream and there is very little to clean up after its use. My carpet was still damp, but I did not try the extra dry feature. This product does exactly what Hoover says it will do. I love it!

Love how it has a dry only button the floor is fully dry in 30 minutes to and hour!! I had some old stains and it got them up with no problem!! Only thing for me is I didn't get the hand held attachment with my hose. Box shows I should have gotten one but I didn't have it in the box. I just haven't contacted any one about it but idk if I will use it much!
