I bought this product two months ago. It works great for my house. The carpet is clean, even though I have 3 dogs with lot of hair everyday. I do vacuum twice a week. The vacuum is easy to clean, you can take the parts out and clean. It's not too heavy when vacuum. I would recommend this product

I bought this about a month ago and must say it is amazing. Far exceeded my expectations when it comes to removing pet stains. I have two older dogs who often have accidents on the carpet/rugs but this smart wash plus automatic carpet cleaner has removed all stains and left the carpet with a clean smell.
