Definitely don't regret purchasing this product but it doesn't get the job done in one session as in one day of cleaning a room. My carpet smelled cleaned after one session (had to refill water and dumped dirty water twice during this 1 session) but then after 4 days the bad smell came back. I need to maybe do 2 more sessions and see if the smell can be lifted from my carpet. I'm a renter and don't know how old these rugs are so I want to be fair on reviewing this product. It was easy to use and refill and lightweight , you do have to take your time with passes to let the vacuum pick up the dirty water etc. And i did see a dramatic changed of cleanliness after one session. I do have a cat who has sprayed the carpet multiple times before I got him neutered which caused the bad smell.

I received it on my 59th Birthday This Year!! A Great gift to myself!! I used it for the first time yesterday! WOW!! It was awesome!! The water was really black..... Ugh. I have 2 dogs and hadn't cleaned my carpets in a very long time! Needless to say.... I Love It!! Needless to say I won't be waiting that long to do my carpets again!

I'm impressed! Super easy to use, you move the machine forward to wash and backwards to dry and there is no need to measure anything. 2 seperate tanks, 1 for water and 1 for the cleaning solution. Dries quickly!

Ongoing problem with brushes not rotating, not fixable

Bought this a few months ago, used it only a few times and the brushes stopped rotating, and although its an obvious broken belt, it is not accessible or fixable and must be returned to the company for replacement of the entire shampooer! Absolutely unacceptable for the money spent on this and very disappointed!!!
