Didn't have to measure the shampoo, worry about water temperature. It absolutely was a dream to use. I couldn't be more pleased. The price was just right for my budget. The shipping was quick. Thank you Hoover for such a great machine. It was a breeze to put assemble, and very easy to clean afterwards. My carpets look brand new. What a fabulous carpet cleaner.

I purchased the SmartWash+Automatice Carpet Cleaner about a month ago, received it within 2 days it was so easy to put together and start using, it did a great job, good suction and clean-up was so easy, very lightweight...the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that I would suggest adding "Heated" water on the next up-grade. Other than that worth every penny.

I bought my Hoover about 1 month ago and I love it, it works great. I cleaned all my rugs I couldn't stop they all looked so good. I love that it doesn't soak your rug and they dry fast. I would recommend it to anyone who has dirty rugs.

When I ordered this cleaner i expected a good machine for the price, what I got was a fantastic machine. I have had carpet cleaners in the past both professional and residential but this machine out does them all, with ease of use, ease of cleanup and especially it's performance.
