I have had this for some time now always worked great. Today I plugged it in and it doesn't spit out the water at all it's just dry. I ALWAYS RECOMMENED THIS PRODUCT TO EVERYONE LOOKING. I WOULDNT WASTE THE MONEY

Just got this a couple of weeks ago and used it yesterday on my round, braided kitchen rug. The rug was so dirty...I was embarrassed to let anyone in the kitchen. I cannot begin to tell you, 1. how easy this was to use and 2. what a great job it did at cleaning. I went over the rug a couple of times and then did the 'dry only' feature, as I was afraid it would be really wet. Great job at drying. It was only slightly damp and I just put a fan on it overnight and it was not damp at all this morning! I love this machine. Can't wait to use it on the rest of the area rugs. Dining room is next! PS...I NEVER write reviews, but had to with this machine as it does everything it says and more!

This is the first carpet cleaner I've ever owned. I was excited when it was delivered. I was a little less excited when I used it. The power button was broken, which I didn't realize since it did eventually turn on. As soon as I notified Hoover the sent me info to return it and replaced it within a week

I have owned several shampooers over the years. I have to admit, my expectations weren't too high. What a pleasant surprise. It did a wonderful job cleaning carpets that are well used by pets and grandchildren. It is light weight which is good as I have a bad back. it comes apart easily for cleaning. I love it!
