Love my new purchase and it sure was the right one. I had stains that I thought would never come out of my carpet and as soon as I shampooed the carpet all of it was gone. Fast and much easier to use than I thought it would be.

I have only bought Bissels but I'm so glad I bought this. Everything about it is easy to use. I think the best feature is that you are able to remove the cover and clean it. I like how everything is separated and how evenly it disperses the liquid. The bissel would spit out the water but wouldn't suction it back in and the carpets would be soaked. I love how it has a only dry button which will remove any left over water. Absolutely will never buy any other machine. LOVE IT

I bought my SmartWash in Dec. 2019, while in the first rinse process the dry feature stopped. Had I had the option to rate a 0 I would have.

it does the first pass fine.but when i pull it back slowly,as directed,the brushes do not move and the water and soap is still in the rug soaked

I have used this machine. It not only works great but is easy to use a clean after using. Other machines I have owned and even rented are hard if not impossible to clean and sanitize, this was a snap. This feature alone makes it the best cleaner I have used.
