I bought this approximately one month ago and wish I did it sooner. The ease of use is incredible, as simple as vacuuming. No mixing of product and the water only feature really gets all soap out of the carpet. They look brand new.

Bought this 2 weeks ago and it already has paid for itself. My small yorkie became very I'll and did the ( you guessed it) from both ends multiple times. I would've had to get emergency carpet cleaners to come, but the Hoover Smartwash was at the ready. I cant believe what a wonderful job it did. As I said...paid for itself already.

...purchased in july 2019...used 2-3 times since then for light carpet cleaning...has now stopped working...and of course there are no authorized dealers close by for repairs...
