[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] does not clean as promised. rollers get clogged and need to stop to clean. water flow with cleaner is not consistent.

I would not buy this product again

The upholstery tool is very generic, I scrubbed a mattress and physically had to scrub extremely hard to get results, but it sucks no water back up so the mattress is no soaked with no way to get the water out of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was the easiest carpet cleaner I have ever used in my life! I have never used a carpet cleaner or there were no buttons to push as I was using it to press down when I'm cleaning the carpet and this was the first one that didn't have that when it says automatic it's absolutely automatic. It's so easy that my 13 year old son was thrilled to use it. When you push forward it lights up and says that it's cleaning and when you pull back it lights up and says that it's drying. And there's also a function that is just for drying only. The attachments are very simple to use when I was cleaning my couch and steps. I absolutely love how lightweight it is. It's not heavy and bulky like the carpet cleaners that I used to own.

I love my smart wash, best shapoorer I've ever bought. But I've been trying all this month to get payment to your co. But no response every way I've tried, payment should of been taken first weak of August. I put NEW PAYMENT METHOD ON LINE. and no payment has yet been taken. I've sent text after text all month, can't get a response. Yesterday I sent two text. Please respond to get payment , this the the last way I figured I could send another text. This will be my 5th or 6th text. I explain what happen with other payment method to you in each text I'm tired of explaining, to no one. When I finally get a response I will explain.

I absolutely love being able to shampoo my own carpets. I would buy again and customer service has been wonderful. Machine is easy to use and as long as you vacuum before hand and I do spot treat areas just prior to using my 15 year old carpets come out looking good.
