I have neve own a carpet cleaner before, so all this is very new to me. My experience has been very great, I was discouraged from buying a carpet cleaner because a family member has bought 3 expensive bissell carpet cleaners over the last 3 years and they all our broken, they don't want to have anything to do with carpet cleaners anymore and I warned not to get them especially bissel brand....... long story short, I almost got bissel, but I didn't like their reviews, that's when I stumbled across Hoover brand and my life has changed ever since. I love the smell after cleaning with the odor gaurd, the wet dry feature is very nice..... but more importantly the carpet looks new again!!!!!!! great job hoover, let's see if I can win my family over to carpet cleaner life again with Hoover brand

I had a rug doctor but it was so heavy. I saw the review on this and decided to try it. So easy to use and did and excellent job cleaning my carpet. It got up so much of my dog hair, even though I vacuum everyday. Love it!
