I bought this machine because the reviews were consistently very positive, and the price of "renting" a bulky machine were increasing. The assembly was VERY simple...NO TOOLS...just insert the handle, add the two water containers and fill the solution bottle....and your ready to go. The use of this scrubber was SUPER easy...the stains just disappeared! I could NOT BE HAPPIER! The carpet dried quickly, and the results were amazing! I would highly recommend this machine to ALL! This is a 5 STAR CARPET CLEANER!!

I used this product in one room and broke first try. The upholstery hose broke after a couple swipes on our couch and also now leaks. The carpet cleaning unit also seems to look after turning off. I went online to get a replacement part and of course the upholstery tool is not available at this time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this carpet cleaner! Easy use, easy clean up!

Took a few minutes to get use to it, but works great! Push forward and it adds soap to water and sprays the carpet at the right amount while scrubbing and picking up water as well(best to move medium speed). Then when you pull it backwards it doesn't spray only picks up water(best to move slowly). I have bad back, neck and hips, easy peasy, did not hurt almost glides. Everything easily breaks down for clean up, no hassle. The only thing is you have to watch clean water tank or you'll run without noticing. Yes you have to change dirty water kind of often, but not bad. Tank size helps keep weight down and easy to move. I have used many cleaning machines and this is great.

It was working great....but then....the rollers stop

I have had this 6 months and all was great. Then, today, the rollers stopped spinning and it isn't working as it should. I have taken it apart and thoroughly cleaned it. I cant be without a shampooer! Thought it would last more than 6 months.

I have a toddler and a dog. Needless to say this carpet cleaner is AMAZING! I used it at night after my baby was asleep, thinking..well if it's suppose to dry that quick this should dry before morning when baby wakes up. I had no expectation of this actually being dry the next day and it was! My entire living room carpet was dry, bone dry. This wet and dry technology is so great. Also; I hate cleaning things that clean.. but this is so easy to clean after each use. I highly recommend it! Cleans so well.
