The day after it arrived, I shampooed all my carpet. It is so easy to change out the water, refill the clean water holder. It's lighter than my older Hoover. So far so good!

I bought this on 29 March and has the worst section of a carpet cleaner that I've ever owned I have another Hoover it's an older brand which I have to get out to suck the water out of the carpet because the smart wash has no suction whatsoever I believe it's due to the light weight on the front not pushing on the carpet hard enough I would not recommend
