Maybe it's me but I love cleaning. This product is a must have. I'm able to handle it effortlessly and it cleans very well. I didn't think there was that much dirt on my floor because I just moved in and usually take shoes off at the door. But I guess the few times I or my guests didn't mattered. This is well worth the hype! Buy it now!

Since I have always had dogs, I have always had carpet cleaners. I have been very disappointed with most of them. HOWEVER, THE HOOVER SMART WASH IS THE BEST! It's easy to use, has lots of great features (like a rinse only and a dry cycle) and is SO EASY to clean! My dog opened a bag of bamboo charcoal all over my beige carpet. Two vacuums later, I thought I would have to replace the carpet but the Hoover Smart wash cleaned it right up. I LOVE IT!

This far exceeded my expectations. It worked easily and very well on furniture as well as our carpet. It was easy to use and cleaned completely. I loved at how easily and quickly it dried. The solution that comes with the machine smells fresh and took out all of the stains, even ones that had been in the carpet for a while. I think this is one of the best carpet cleaners I have used in my home.

I am a big Hoover fan, but this carpet cleaner is very disappointing. When my dogs leave small accidents, the area that I clean up where they went still leaves the circle marks. I thought this machine would be a lot better.
