I watched the infomercial and read all the reviews before deciding to give it a try. We have two dogs and our yard can become a mud bath after a lot of rain. No matter what we tried, the carpets always looked in need of a cleaning. We had just had them professionally cleaned less than 2 months prior to this purchase. When we saw the amount of dirt that was pulled from the carpeting, we were astounded. The other great feature is the ease of use. It really works as easily as described. And cleaning of the brushes afterward was a breeze. So far, we are very pleased.

Easy to use Lightweight and easy to clean the parts. Seems to do a very good job cleaning carpet and by the looks of the waste water - wow my carpet (Berber) was very dirty. Hoover is a well known name for vacuums and they know how to design them. Seems to use a lot of soap and so that's an added expense. Another problem though is after shutting it off I had to put it on water proof floor as water will drip out and further wet the carpet.

We have 3 cats, and the amount of hair this thing was able to handle is amazing. Even after regular vacuuming, this thing picked up so much yucky stuff that you couldn't see was there. The instructions are super simple, and I love that there's a clean tank, a dirty tank, and a solution tank. The drying feature saves so much time too. Within a few hours, my hallway was pretty dry. What I was truly amazed at, was the ease of cleaning the unit when done. Everything comes apart and just rinse the pieces under running water. Even the stair tool came clean. So far, this is an amazing product, and I would definitely recommend it.
