We have 3 large dogs, and this machine definitely did a great job. Very pleased with how easy it is to use, and it's super easy to clean the brushes and tank afterward. It's not going to replace periodic professional cleaning, but it sure does help us keep our carpets looking and smelling fresh. Haven't yet tried the upholstery tools...that's this weekend's project. :)

I bought the Automatic carpet cleaner for my sister on her birthday. She had told me how great this carpet cleaner was so I had to try it myself. I borrowed the carpet cleaner to wash the carpet in my daughters room since it had a bunch off stains from all the stuff she spills in there and a lot of urine spots from the puppy and let me tell you that it made it look like new. All spots gone and I loved the fact that it was super easy to use. I definitely recommend it.

We really enjoy using the Smart Wash Carpet Cleaner. It's very simple to use and does a prettt decent job getting up dirt. Old stains didn't come out, but you definitely tell the difference in the carpet after using.

I needed to replace my old Hoover steam cleaner after 20 years and after reviewing many different cleaners, I am so glad I found this one. It cleans well as I expect from Hoover, but it's smartly designed to make cleaning the machine after use really easy too! The easy access to the brush rollers is genius. The infomercial says it all and I love my new machine. It's also self-propelled so it's not so heavy to push/pull. And the smaller footprint fits nicely next to my vacuum cleaner. My old machine was stored in the garage.
