I bought a week ago and I got it yesterday and I cleaned my carpets today and I am so in love with it it clean my carpets up really amazing. So if u don't have one please buy one this is the best money I have every spent on any carpet cleaner. I rented a rug doctor and it didn't clean nothing up but this one right here did the job and it smell so clean in my apartment plz but one. Franklin Indiana

Cleaner was easy to set up. I liked that the water and cleaner solution are in separate bottles so there is no waste when finished cleaning. I used the "heat only" function to remove more moisture from the carpet after cleaning a section. The SmartWash+ automatic cleaner was much easier to use than the bulky rental I have used before. Carpets and area rugs looked great after use. Machine was easy to clean after use. Glad I bought this. Will clean more often now that I have my own machine.

This is my 2nd Hoover. This machine did an amazing job cleaning my light colored carpet which I thought might be beyond help. It's designed well and easy to clean. It's also alot lighter and easy to use.

I want to give this 5 stars, but the hose attachment didn't work. It would not spray even after troubleshooting and priming the sprayer. I couldn't do my stairs or upholstery. Very disappointed.

I actually bought this Hoover SmartWash Carpet Cleaner about 4 weeks ago and usually am skeptical of stuff advertised on TV, but I thought what the heck, I am home during this coronavirsu lockdown, and I will try it. It works great, easy to operate, easy to clean and being a Mechical Engineer, I was impressed with it design. Great carpet cleaning machiine and I would highly recommend it to family, friends, etc.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago, and used it this morning. I shouldn't have waited! One more use will have paid for 2 Steemer visits. I had some residual stains from a kitty with a sensitive tummy. After just a few passes, they were gone, and I have white carpets! My husband refilled the top reservoir with water that tended more towards hot than warm, and it seemed to pick up more dirt. It's easy to load, easy to clean, and easy to use! I'm thrilled with this purchase! My husband ran the vacuum first, then I came behind with the Smart Wash. You won't regret this purchase. I ordered all the cleaning bundles right away. Very happy I did that too!
