I did so much research before buying. We have a dog who throws up for unknown reasons. Even after vacuuming I had to stop and clean out machine of dog hair bc it picks up so much. Love it!

Love this machine but it says it has a filter that needs to be kept clean. Mine never came with a filter and I don't see that I am able to order one as it is not listed under replacement parts.

Had a machine made by another company that was not user friendly. ( Couldn't be completely taken apart for cleaning.? I am very please with the Hoover- super easy to use and does a nice job on carpets. Love the separate clean/ dirty water tanks. Parts are easily taken apart and rinsed post use, which is important to me.

Have used this Smartwash cleaner 5 times now for some large rooms. The specs appear to say this machine has two motors. The spinning brushes do a very good job of extracting dog hair and the vacuum suction seems to be very strong. Very surprised at how good this cleans and the design seems to be very user friendly. Have used many carpet cleaners over the years and it seems the engineers have really figured it out. High marks!

I had a carpet cleaner that left me with still dirty, wet and somewhat soapy area rugs. I got the Hoover smartwash+ and not only was it cleaned, but it was dry enough to walk on immediately after cleaning! I had just used the old cleaner 2 weeks prior to getting the new one. I was amazed at how much filth came out! I highly recommend the Hoover Smartwatch+ for all your carpets!
