I am the manager of a motel and we have a commercial carpet cleaner. I allowed one of my employees to borrow mine to clean a carpet and she got a stain out that had been there for years. Highly Recommend.

It stopped working within 2 months of purchase. out that it was the belt . Had to replace belt 3 times in the last 6 months.

I have two old dogs and accidents are common as they make their way to the dog door. This machine is surprisingly easy to use. All of the tanks come out easily and are marked for use. The amount of dirt and hair that comes up from a freshly vacuumed carpet is gratifying. The drying option is helpful to speed up drying time. I also used it on my wool area rug with excellent results. So nice to get your money's worth.

This machine is light, easy to use and clean ( wonderful concept) BUT it leaks ( with 1st use) like a crazy through the body of the machine. My best guess is they got defective parts from supplier, as I've bought the spin scrub last year & it also leaked & got returned. I have contacted Hoover and I'm waiting to see if they'll replace the machine. I really like everything else about this machine. I don't believe fixing this one is a smart option because water literally ran through the machine ( water & electric motor's don't mix). Here's hoping I can give a glowing review after Hoover decides if they'll replace this one. At this point, I would not recommend this machine to anyone, as I won't put someone's life at risk. I'm hoping that can change. I live my Hoover's concepts and my regular vacuum is so wonderful I gave my some the exact same one as a house warming present.
