I bought this because of pet accidents and stains. It cleaned and removed the stain and smell. So happy I purchased it. The best part is the ease of taking the brushes out to clean and remove the debris and pet hair. I do this after every use so it'a ready to go when needed. I also love how simple it is to use.

This has to be one of the BEST (might even be the best) carpet cleaners available! The absolute ONLY downside is that it's very heavy, but I still give it 5 stars. My carpets are 12 year-old builder-grade carpets. I have pets and a lot of kids walk my carpets over the years. I've cleaned them many times over the years, but this was BY FAR, the best clean they've ever had! This cleaner picked up dog hair, dirt, sand and other stuff that I couldn't have even imagined were in my carpets. It even cleaned up some very old, set in stains that I never thought would come out. Well guess what! They sure did. So super easy to use, too. Push forward to dispense water/cleaner and pull to dry. That's it. Nothing more to do! Love this feature. Lots of moving parts to take off and clean but I have to say, I love this feature, too. You don't know how dirty the parts can get until you can take the machine apart to clean. There is NOTHING hard about working this machine! I would recommend this machine to everyone for sure!! Thank you Hoover for making such a great product!

I have a small dog who is potty training; this has made cleaning carpets a breeze. My only negative is that there is no replacement pieces, and my puppy got a hold of one of the handles while cleaning it.

Thank you so much for making my life easier! No more gathering sink adapters or leaky hoses just to attend to a pets mistake. Hoover made it so easy to address those dirty spots as it is to drag out the vacuum cleaner. It's a miracle, thanks again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans rugs pretty good but takes forever to dry, even with ceiling fans on. My old Hoover dried in less than two hours. I still have it. So I will clean with new one and go over with old one to suck up excess water.
