Works as intended. Upgraded prior model. Much lighter. Features easiest to access. Like the ability to run dry or water only rinse feature, especially since no longer have to worry about a trigger.

This replaced an old carpet cleaner that still worked but started leaking. WOW, I love this new one! It cleans and dries so quickly. My carpet in my bedroom is looking so good now. The pile is starting to come back in areas I though my dogs had ruined it.Amazing product!

I had a different carpet cleaner that just seemed to not get all the dirt out. And it was so heavy to move around. This Hoover smartwash I decided to buy is truly amazing. It squirts water on its own. And uses more on dirtier areas. It picks up a ton of dirt and my carpet hardly feels wet. It's super lightweight. The hand held is also one of the best I've used. The whole machine is easy to clean too. I do not normally give a 10 to any product or service. But when it deserves it I'll give it. If you don't get this machine your missing out. I also have pets I'm cleaning after. Wonderful job Hoover. I give it 10!!!! And thank you for making a wonderful product to make my life easier.

Cleaned my carpets but broke after using it one time. A small spring broke off the clear cover to the brush heads after only one use. I was still able to clean my carpets but could not properly secure the cover to the brushes. Returned for a refund.
