I bought this vacuum a few months ago. I have no complaints it does exactly what it says. I've recommended it to all my friends and family. I have a daycare in my house. When I purchase this product I had not steam cleaned my carpets in almost a year, simply because mine broke down. I couldn't stand it anymore and shopped around and the reviews were great!, when it arrived which was fast, I went to town cleaning every peice of carpet I had including my furniture. I love the deep clean, powerful suction, and how clean everything got, every room smelled so crisp, and clean. Plus I couldn't believe how easy it is to take apart and clean no more fighting dirt and hair.

I got my SmartWash automatic carpet cleaner last week. I tried it today for the first time. I am so impressed with how easy it is to operate and how well it cleaned my carpet which sees a lot of dirt on a daily basis.I clean it often but have not used a cleaner that is this awesome. Afterwards cleaning the machine up to store was a breeze, taking the brushes out to rinse off, was so slick! My carpets look new again and without the headaches of pulling the trigger to administer the water and cleaning solution.Thank you Hoover for such a great addition to my home!
