I bought this two weeks ago. I did so knowing I would probably send it back. But I was very wrong. I used it in two very bad places with lots of foot traffic. And one with a stain I couldn't get out. All places are just like new. Love the dry only to help it dry faster. Be sure to rinse after the wash. You will love that. I have always done that on my own because it make sense to take out the extra soap. It does a good job doing that. In short, I LOVE lt.

I bought the Hoover machine last month. Thinking this would be great. I am an owner of a another pet steam cleaner. It was being repaired which would take 2 weeks. I have 2 Boston terriers, which one is a puppy!! I also have a KITTY room for my cat. I was so excited on the reviews. I bought it. I put it together at 2AM after work! I was SO DISAPPOINTED! I ran the steam cleaner. I know for a fact these carpets are not spotless!! Maybe surface clean YES but deep clean NO!! The solution was not doing a deep clean. I was so disappointed. I attempted leaving the solution in the carpet for 20 min... Still coming clear. When I clean my carpets, I want a DEEP CLEAN!! My other machine offers that for me. I returned this machine and now I own 2 pet steam cleaners!! I know what I am in for. I will pay the extra for extra clean!

I purchased this last month and used it on my living room and hall carpets and it did a great job. The drying feature is great as it doesn't take the carpet long to dry. I also used it on a wool area rug in my family room and it clean it great and it didn't shrink it at all, the drying feature is great as the rug was just damp when we were done cleaning it.

I bought this unit several months ago, I had problems with the on/off switch and called customer service, they sent me several ideas to try none worked, they then sent a pickup slip along with a new unit. This really is the best cleaning machine I've ever used! The dual brushes are belt driven and work flawlessly, the auto clean/dry makes it easy to use, the quality is great. The Smartwash cleaned a stain our old unit wouldn't, we put a rug over it two years ago to hide it, thought what would it hurt to try and wow! Can't tell where it was anymore. I would highly recommended this product to anyone and Hoover products, I have used Hoover sweeper and cleaning machines for over 30 years and have always been satisfied

I bought my Hoover Smart Wash about a month ago and I have cleaned ALL my carpets. I simply love this machine. It's so very easy to use, deep cleans very well, is lightweight with no trigger to pull while cleaning and the suction power is wonderful. It's truly just like vacuuming the floor, it's that easy. And the cleanup of the machine is just great! I love that you can take the roller brushes out and completely clean them and the area down where they go. All in all this is the BEST carpet cleaner I've ever bought. I highly recommend this cleaner to anyone. It wonderful!! One happy lady here!

Got the machine used it on a small room and a chair worked good went to use it the next day on my couch and it leaked water everywhere!! Tried to use it on my dining room and it still leaked water but not as bad but after using it for a minute whenever I would push forward it would not switch from dry to wash I would let it sit awhile try again and it would wash for a minute or two then wouldnt change from dry to wash again. I do not recommend this product at all!! Waste of time and money!!

I bought this a couple days ago and it is AMAZING! Three kids and my floors are embarrassingly nasty. I couldn't get it clean with the rug doctor I had but this, I swear it gets everything up. We are amazed at how well it works. We will definitely be with hoover always now. I cant wait to see what else they come out with.
