This machine works great! It was easy to use. I really like the drying component. And having no control of the water is what I like. I tend to use to much water and it would take forever to dry. I Recommend this machine all the way.

I have used the carpet cleaner to clean two rooms. I was pleased with the results. The carpet looked as clean and fresh as it did when I had it professionally done. I'm 74 years old and I found the cleaner to be light weight and easy to maneuver. I especially enjoyed the extra drying feature. Most of all, the carpet cleaner came with a hard copy of a detailed guide. Having a guide in hand is more convenient than having it on line.

The weather in the NE finally cooperated and I had the perfect day to try my new SmartWash. I previously had rented a machine and was always pleased with the job they performed, but I'm in my mid-70's now and those machines are just too heavy for me to handle. My SmartWash is very easy to use. As with any carpet cleaner I went slowly to allow the machine to do the work. The "dry only' feature is great. It did a fine job on my carpets .. no matter the pile depth. I got half my rugs done in just a few hours. Looking forward to getting the remaining ones done as my spring cleaning continues. I was truly amazed at how easily the entire machine comes apart for cleaning and how easily it reassembled. Very well designed for ease of use. Thanks Hoover!
