I bought the Hoover like a month ago.the Hoover works real good and easy to put together only thing I was disappointed I was they advertised that it also dries it does blow air it not very warm air so it doesnt really dry

I was looking for a carpet cleaner with brushes that could clean with ease. How much easier can you get? You put water in a tank and solution in another and go. Washes forward and dries in reverse. Love it

My shampooer came in 2 weeks ago today and I started using it two days later. It was so easy to use and the carpet dried quickly. It was soooooo much better than using a carpet cleaning company. I could clean at my own pace and didn't have to do whole home the same day. The cleaner is so easy to clean. Taking the brush and nozzle off was a breeze. I did vacuum the living room first but I didn't vacuum the hall or two bedrooms first and I had dog and cat hairs in the brushes. My carpet was last cleaned last spring and I fostered a dog since then. Now I have an adopted cat. So I DID have some hairs in the carpet. Even though the carpet didn't look that dirty, the dirty water reservoir was filthy! I'll be using the cleaner at least every 6 months. LOVE IT! I'd add a smiley face but I don't have the option.
