I bought this a few months ago and it was the best decision of my life. It's very simple to use. All you have to do is push it forward to clean and back to dry. It removes dirt that has sunk to the bottom of the carpet. I love how clean it gets my carpet and I don't have to go over it more then once. This is trulya blessing in disguise.

This machine expected all my expectation. I used it today, and if you are able to see my dining room carpet before and after, you would also be highly impressed like I am. This carpet cleaner is full of convenience, but it is so simple to use. You fill water in the tank, you add shampoo to another tank, and there you go. You push it, you pull it, that's all you have to do. And it is not heavy at all. I love the light indicators. The WASH light lights up when you push, the DRY light lights up when you pull. It is pretty cool in the way that it seems to have great technology but it is so simple to use. I am freak out with new technologies, new devices and new tools that seem so complicated to use, but this carpet cleaner is very simple, instruction is clear; nothing confused me. Results are wonderful; better than I expected. I love this machine. I would recommend it 200%.

I have only bought Bissels but I'm so glad I bought this. Everything about it is easy to use. I think the best feature is that you are able to remove the cover and clean it. I like how everything is separated and how evenly it disperses the liquid. The bissel would spit out the water but wouldn't suction it back in and the carpets would be soaked. I love how it has a only dry button which will remove any left over water. Absolutely will never buy any other machine. LOVE IT

I've only used once, so this is a first impressions review. It was super easy to put together and get started. Did a great job cleaning my carpet, dug up a ton of ick my vacuum had been missing, it was really gross to see, but a good thing! Really easy to push. I like the dry only option. I wish it had a wash only option, it washes when you push forward and dries when you pull back, which is okay, but I would like the option of just washing or scrubbing for the extra dirty areas. Easier to empty and clean than any of my previous models, I really like that the cover comes off, had to use a pipe cleaner to loosen some gunk, it's nice that it will be clean the next time I use it.
