I received my machine approximately a week ago. My husband has cleaned the carpets in the entire house and our son has used it to clean his carpets. The machine is very easy to use, does an excellent cleaning job and it is very easy to clean after use. The machine is amazing. We also got the vacuum cleaner and we are extremely happy we got both products. These are a must buy.

I researched several carpet shampooers and decided to buy the Smartwash+ model. What a great machine. It is so easy to use and does a great job with little effort. I'm a senior and I found the machine moved easily and the suction and drying features...WoW! The carpet turned out great!

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and finally used it yesterday. It was very easy to use and did a fantastic job on cleaning my living room rug. I was able to remove every stain including red wine! I used Hoover Pet and Stain solution and my rug feels so soft and looks brand new. I'm very happy! Thank you, Hoover!
