I have little dogs that have had accidents on our new carpet. After my old carpet cleaner stopped working I read lots of reviews and loved that this one seemed to have a fix for all the things I hated about my old one. The dry only feature is a game changer! It does not dry your carpet completely of course, but it does lift up a ton of extra water! Allowed me to go over some problem spots a few times. I also really like the easy access to the brushes. Between my hair and my dogs it is nice to be able to easily clean these without taking apart the machine. Only downside is the amount of cleaner it goes through. I was surprised how much it used and did feel it was a little wasteful, made me wonder if I needed to go over with water only to pick up extra.

I have once's this once since I bought it and it did a wonderful job. This carpet has old stains from before I lived here and the old stains came back when ever I shampooed in the past. They are now gone for good.
