This machine got out stains that Stanley steamer could not. I would say it still took a few hours for the carpet to dry but very pleased with the initial cleaning. Great value for the money.

What a great carpet cleaner. So easy to use and lightweight. The carpets were cleaned before we moved in a year ago. I shampooed the carpet and was astounded at the amount of dog hair that came out of the carpet. We don't have pets but the previous renter did. I had a Hoover spinbrush in the past and thought it did a great job I found the smart wash to be much easier to use and overall a much better carpet cleaner. This is definitely worth the investment.

I had several carpet scrubbers but this one is absolutely the best I've owned. So easy to use, no buttons to push, doesn't use a lot of water or cleaning solution. Doesn't leave carpet soaked and the heat Dry really works! My carpet looks amazing.
