As always not disappointed. Hoover out did themselves. The carpet cleaner is not very heavy. It easily moves around on all different types of carpet. Love the fact it transitions from wet to dry so easily. Works wonders on my furniture also. So simple to put together and clean.

Over the past 30 years, I have used many different home carpet cleaning machines. The Hoover SmartWash is by far the easiest/most thorough/ lightweight and user friendly carpet cleaner I've ever tried. No trigger to pull...therefore no hand fatigue. Push and it dispenses water and cleaning solution (wash), then pull and it suctions it back up (dry). There is also a "dry only" feature which enables the user to engage the suction feature without dispensing more water/solution. Very nice. Simple as can be to use and if you take the time to read the user manual...there are some handy tips for carpet cleaning. Looking forward to a long and satisfying relationship!

Let me start with WOW, i first did my Master bedroom which had been vacuumed the day before, after i was done i was like that didnt come from my room. Deep clean is an understatement..Love it, recommended it Highly!

This Carpet Cleaner is the absolute best. I've had 4 or 5 different carpet cleaners and I'll never buy a different brand other than Hoover again. So simple to operate and clean. It has an amazing suction. In one room there was a grey traffic pattern from my husband work shoes that I could never get out. Without spot remover, this machine made my carpet beige again. Absolutely fantastic.
