I was impressed when I saw it featured on TV, and even more when I bought and used it for the first time. I've rented commercial cleaners before, but none could compare to what this Hoover machine can do. I was highly satisfied with the ease of using this machine, and the results received. AWESOME!

I need a carpet cleaner for my living room. I had a few stains that I want to get out. This carpet cleaner worked really well. It made my carpet look close to brand new. I couldn't believe how much dirt came out of them. The container that holds the dirty water was disgusting. I'm so happy I bought this.

A gew months ago I began having problems with this unit I purchased and did not own for long. Cierra Pfister from the Hoover Community reached out to me regarding my concerns and was absolutely wonderful! They replaced my unit within weeks and this one is working great! That fact that this company treats their customers this well is enough reason to continue using them!
