Easy set up, just click the handle in, fill the water tank and soap dispenser..5 minutes from unpacking the machine to cleaning your carpet or rugs. Cleaning the machine is easy. I have a bad back but was able to use the machine without problem. I was amazed how much pet hair it lifted from my rugs despite the fact I vacuumed 3-4 times before cleaning. I used the "dry only" feature to lift all the water from the rugs and they dried quickly. Very happy with this machine.

Our carpet was bad because I have twins and two dogs so there was a lot of stains but this cleaner really cleaned it up. It's not perfect but the carpet is 14 years old but it does look a whole lot better and now they can play on it without all the smell and mess.

I love this product and how clean my carpets got. I would suggest pre-treating the badly spotted and high traffic areas before cleaning. Also this cleaner has a backward dry setting however I would suggest having nothing in the cleaning solution or the clean water compartments and click the dry button towards the top, and once you have completely cleaned the area, do an overall drying of carpet as I explained with empty compartments. Doing so eliminates the water or solutions from continuing to come out on floors and drying is within minutes.
