I've had this for about a month and have used it several times. I absolutely love it! My kids even love it! They're always arguing about who is going to shampoo the carpets lol. It's easy to use and easy to clean. Totally worth the money I spent on it.

We have two new puppies who have peed all over our living room and hallway to the point that our carpet looked like a leopard with spots. My husband saw an infomercial for this product and was sold (mind you, he never buys anything from infomercials). The cleaner came and unfortunately, it was a dud. After four passes on one section of carpet, the brushes seized up and wouldn't work. I contacted Customer Service and they sent me a return package label to send it back and promptly sent a new one. The new one got here yesterday and it worked like a charm. I spent a few hours cleaning the hallway and living room and it looks brand new again. I may even clean it again later in the week just to hit some heavier stains again. I am extremely satisfied not only with the product, but the customer service with my return issue.

I have purchased this product a few months ago and used it a few times. With 9 grandchildren ranging from 12-1 of age and the summer months you can see why it's been a few times already. I would give this a 100 stars if I could. Easy clean up, love the separate cleaner and water tank takes the guesswork out and it's easy set up. I also love that everything comes apart for after cleaning. ❤️The dry cycle, my rugs are dry within an hour time. I used the attachment cleaner for my furniture for the first time and my rocking chair came up beautifully and again dried within an hour with my fan running. My rugs look amazing and I'm very happy with this cleaner. I would recommend getting one it's worth your hard earned money.
