[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how well the Diamond toothbrush cleans. However, it's very frustrating every three months when it won't start with ease. I've tried to change the settings and nothing works other than changing the brush. I subscribe to do this, but supply chain issues recently got in the way. The older version never did this. Technology is not always a good thing.

Seem to be wearing quickly

I love my toothbrush and these are my preferred heads. But for some reason they seem to be wearing out more quickly than usual. It’s becoming very expensive to continue using the toothbrush.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's not the Heads

Who knows if the heads are good or not? What is known is that the customer service at Philips is abominable. First the ordering page said the order didn't go through - 3 times. On the 4th attempt it went through. Later I saw 4 orders (!!!) in my account. Could I cancel the first three that "didn't go through". NO, I was told.
Now it's 10 days after all those orders were placed and were ANY of them shipped? Of course not. As I said.
Even the website for the company is one of the worst I've ever experienced. Terribly confusing and anti-intuitive. It's a miracle these people make any money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have being using the Philips Sonicare Diamond Clean Toothbrush for over six month and I love it. Tooth brush heads work great, I just have a visit to my dentist and she says what ever you doing with your dental care keep doing it, I can see the difference. Have being using Sonicare tooth brush for over 4 yrs, updated to the diamond clean 7 month ago. I'm very happy with my purchase
