DiamondClean brushheads fo clean better than others offered but Quality control is hit and miss. Upon first use there was a louder noise than normal. Upon closer examination, discovered there are cracks in the stem of the brushhead. The premium price I paid doesn't reflect the quality. See photos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AlthoughI think that it is inconvenient to have to buy special brushes for some of the modes, overall the brush heads last a long time.
Just had my 6 month dental checkup with no significant tartar buildup (as usual) thanks to this brush. That is why I am a big fan of the diamond clean brush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although these heads do not last as long as I woudl like, at least I know they are genuine and that I can rely upon them. They keep my teeth as clean as can be and I have nothing but good checkups these days.

Heads slip off during use!

Some of the heads purchased in a multi-pack fit too loose and come off during use resulting in a mess.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand that It's frustrating when your toothbrush head falls off the handle during use, but there are a few steps you can take to prevent this from happening. Ensure that the brush head is attached correctly. Attach the brush head with the bristles in the same direction as the buttons. A small gap will remain between the handle and brush head as needed for vibration.
Additionally, it's crucial to clean the bottom of the brush head and the area around the metal shaft to prevent debris buildup. This can be done easily with lukewarm water or a soft cloth. Also, make sure you are using authentic Sonicare toothbrush heads.

My dentist recommended a Phillips brush five years ago after treating me for gum disease. I have been using the Sonicare ever since and will continue to do so. It is really an excellent product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like a smaller / shorter head. It’s too big for tight spaces.

Do not buy them. Bristles falling out, getting stuck between teeth and in throat.
