I bought this last week and have been learning on it so far it has eaten one of my projects and is in the process of tearing up another

Broke almost immediately.

I ordered this machine on the advice of a friend who bought one - because we were both looking for one that will work on all types of fabric (thick denims & also silk). It is working very well for me, so far. Runs smoothly and easy to use. I love the drop-in bobbin feature (my old machine kept jamming in the bobbin area). I also ordered the carrying case that fits it, and I love it. Never had a case for my sewing machine, so this is a luxury!
I would recommend this to a friend!
