I haven't sewed since I was a child, with all this going on in the world I thought it would be a great idea to get started again. The 4452 is a solid machine that will last me a long time. Set up and relearning was a breeze, and the app helps for things that you aren't sure about. It is powerful enough for heavier fabrics such as denim, but can switch over to more delicates with just a needle change. If you are on the fence, go for it! I'm glad I purchased!

works well on Jeans hemming and all other things I have tried have not used on delicate fabric. Needle threader doesn't always work (most time it doesn't)
