I use it for everything and it does great. Works wonderful on jean material and other heavy fabrics, but it also is wonderful for all other materials. Main things that I miss on this product is a needle down position and adjustable speed. I have that on my other Singer machines.

I don't have any experience with sewing machine, so getting everything set up was a bit involved because I was starting from zero. It would be nice if Singer did longer tutorials for when you first receive your machine, but regardless. The machine is powerful, sews beautifully and works fabulously on my denim which is what I mostly need the machine for. I can't wait to sew all kinds of things with it. I recommend this and I am so glad I waited for it to come back in stock instead of settling for the 4411 which was in stock. The 4452 has the automatic needle threading, accessories and more stitch options so it is worth iT

I went with simple and heavy duty, (not a beginner and have had singer and other machines before) it is performing as i expected. Seems well made, i did have an issue with some stitching but i will chalk that up to operator error/new machine. Other than that, all good. I purchased not too long ago when the demand was far exceeding supply and I was fortunate i got a machine and got it quickly.

Couldn't get my 40+ year old Singer Stylist 543 repaired recently due to temporary closing of repair shop. Found the 4452 Heavy Duty sewing machine on the website and decided to purchase. No regrets. Only downside is the needle threader doesn't work. Would have rated 5 stars if it would have worked. Love that the app is very helpful! Have used it a few times.
