[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t realize that I needed this heavy duty sewing machine until I got it! It’s much easy to sew bigger things that use heavier fabrics. Not sure how I’ve gone so long without it in my life before.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Singer Mechanical Heavy Duty Sewing Machine is a work horse! I have sewn canvas, denim,fleece, etc and it hasn’t given me a minutes trouble. With the proper needles for the job I’m doing I don’t see this thing ever letting me down! A lot of power packed into a small package. I love it!!!

Does everything I need and more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this primarily for fixing my jeans, shorts, dog toys and dog beds. The dog stuff is easy enough since the material isn't very thick but the shorts and jeans really put my old machine to work having to go through several layers. It wasnt fun or easy at all. But now, I'll do jeans all day! This machine glides through several layers of thick material like its warm butter! I'm beyond impressed! I've already hemmed up several shorts that ripped along the knees, patched some jeans and replaced I dont even know how many broken zippers that my last machine couldn't do. I love this machine and I cant believe I'm this excited about patching up old clothes and fixing ripped dog toys. I highly recommend this machine, you wont regret it.

perfect sewing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First at all, I would like to mention that SINGER sewing machines are a tradition in our family. The brand equals quality and this model lived up to the high expectations we had. It it solid! and it is a work horse! I mainly got it so it could go through several layers of fabric and it does it without any issues, no more needles getting broken.

Sturdy quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised how sturdy and heavy this machine was for being on a smaller side. Now, it’s not a small compact machine or anything, just that it fits well on a craft table and easy to store away, small. It’s very easy to set up and to operate. I love all the different stitch options and the ease of switching between them. The dial is very handy.

Love this sewing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited about this sewing machine. I sew woven wool pillowcases so I needed a sewing machine that could withstand the heavy fabric. The extension table is the best thing ever. I am not sure how I’ve gone this long without having one! Set up was so easy and the instructions were well written and easy to understand. It ran nicely, didn’t give off any weird burnt smells like I’ve read from other users and it withstood the wool and several cotton pieces at once. Also it nicely sews just a strip of cotton fabric too. I don’t use all of the attachments it comes with but glad they are made available. If I had one thing to complain about it would be the cover they provide. But it obviously is just a dust cover and not meant to protect the machine itself. Just means I need to go get a case to put it in for when it’s not in use because this thing is awesome! Definitely want to protect it. Love this sewing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a Heavy Duty machine as the name states. Denim buttons any fabric this does it. Singer name is synonymous with been the leader in the sowing industry. This machine literally does it. The setup is pretty simple. The biggest factor that might posse an issue is make sure you purchase good quality thread. This will eliminate 98% of any possible problems. I found out cheap thread and you have a world of issues. The machine with everything needed to start sowing. I am no pro my wife is better than I am this is my first time using a machine to sew and I found setting it up with the instructions provided was very easy. I just did a basic pillow case and it was easy. due to having an excellent machine. Loading the bob setting the needle, for a novice this was easy to do.

She has really enjoyed this machine and is doing great!! I feel this machine is perfect for someone at any level…either an expert or beginner. The quality of this machine is excellent.
