Made absolutely no difference in signal strength. Many areas throughout Colorado, Utah and Nevada with 1 or 2 bars. Weboost did not improve the signal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had good luck with the Weboost. We were in a campground in Grand Tetons and did have good cell cervice but the Weboost made it quicker to watch movies off cellular data.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does the unit get warm/hot when operating? If so, it never gets warm. Not sure if it was installed correctly. As such, it doesn't seem to boost the signal at all.

This unit does get hot while operating, especially in low signal areas. Our recommended install location for the booster is in an open area with ventalaztion of possible.
