This product increases signal strength only if my phone is within 1 1/2 feet of the indoor antenna. After that nothing!! I am very disappointed with this. I have it for my fifthwheel RV. I thought it that should work in the main living area of my RV.

Hello!
We are sorry to hear the booster isnt working up to expectations. We are here to help troubleshoot and explain things at 866-294-1660!
Helpful with reception, but would be nice if it were stronger and you didn’t have to sit so close to the indoor antenna module. We had bought it once before and returned it for those reasons, but because I don’t think there’s anything better on the market, we bought it again. We use this in our trailer and when out camping the difference between one bar of phone reception and two bars does make a big difference in what you can do. Because there is an outdoor antenna, cell signal booster and indoor antenna and they all need to be spaced apart, my trailer has cords running everywhere. Wish there were a cleaner set up, but this is what it is. Maybe someday there will be an improvement, but thankful for what it is for now.
Bought this several months back thinking it would help in areas where the signal is weak. It just has not performed as I thought it would. I honestly would not recommend it.

Hello! We are sorry to hear it isnt performing as you thought it would! We want it performing as advertised and we would love to troubleshoot why it may not be! Please give us a call at 866-294-1660 so we can assist you!
It will show on phone or computer good strength until you try to actually use it ( won't compete calls or send texts) better off without it not worth the money. It was sold with high hopes and nothing tried in several parks and campgrounds

This product does not really do much and costs a lot. This product broke within 6 months if having it.

We had good luck with the Weboost. We were in a campground in Grand Tetons and did have good cell cervice but the Weboost made it quicker to watch movies off cellular data.
Been using for about a year and half for maybe 5-6 vacation travels for a week or two at a time. Have been mostly pleased with the additional boost, and works with T-Mobile. The downside, which is to be expected due to FCC regulations, is your device has to be very near the inside antennae. Support says FCC regulates to 4 feet of distance (which there is no written specs of this on WeBoost documentation/spec sheets). I find any farther than 1-2 feet, there is very little benefit. But, since I have a multi-sim cellular modem, I keep it right next to it or on top of it, and it does make a huge difference. If I need for my phone, then I just move the inside antenna right next to the phone. So if you're looking for something to give you a boost from even across a table or throughout an entire RV, this is not the solution.
