Really disappointed , first they delivered to the wrong house , And its almost more than two weeks I didn’t get any response back even not from courier service and from best buy. Still waiting for there response..

I’m all about bass and sound. If you like loud music that deteriorates your hearing, DO NOT buy these. They were basically designed to be a hearing aid type of device. The noise cancelation features are intriguing at first but the joy disappears quickly when you are unsatisfied with the volume and sound. I’m not a old woman, I love my music loud and I regret buying these. I don’t like my music being whispered to me

Works better than I expected however I give 2 stars because apple needs to start selling products with the dam chargers. Everyone knows this doesn’t benefit the environment cut the BS!

Got tinnitus after one day of use!!
