Fast shipping and great AirPods products

Ordered airpods pro on Saturday midnight and products shipped to my house monday at 2pm.
Hesitate to buy products because of ridiculous high price! So I waited the price drop and finally bought it on black friday sale! Impressive and not disappointed for first day of use!

Ear wax and Left Airpod Stopped Connecting

When I first received the airpods, the box it came in was dirty, however they obviously put new
shrink wrap on it. One of the airpods still had yellow earwax on it so they clearly didn’t put in enough effort to disinfect them… after a very short while (2 days and only about 1 hr use) the left airpod no longer connects, despite being 100% charged. Customer service has not responded. I don’t understand all the great reviews, clearly some of their products are a hit or miss.

My initial reaction was that, I didn't think they sounded as good as the wired headphones. But the more I used them the more I loved them. I can connect to all my Macs with it. Actually the Mac lets me know it sees the headphones! Connects great as well with the Apple Watch. As for the sound, I find myself listening to stuff at lower volumes cause I don't need to crank it. And the isolation and transparent modes are cool as hell. Took a batch with the jets on and was amazed on the Noise Cancelling.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect love them so much

I don’t know if this was the exact airpod pros I bought but they where 182$ from a market place seller and I was bit scared wether they where going to come or not but they did, it says 1-2 business days but It came in a week and it was delivered to the post office. But the airpods them self are perfect literally when it says opend box that’s all they mean. The airpods themselves where still in there wrapping plastic and not used at all, it came with the charger and the extra ear bud thingys and a regular apple charger works for them. The purchase was totally worth it there absolutely amazing I love them it’s such a cool experience. And they don’t fall out of you ears if your wondering and if they do they automatically stop whatever's playing like music or, YouTube video anything. So you will know when you drop them. They don’t fell uncomfortable in the ears. Also I’m 13 just a little thing to add. They battery lasts forever. And nothing was damaged they are so easy to connect and also I have the iPhone 11 for reference. I have not had any problems with them at all!!! If your thinking of doing it do it!!! But these ones though. :) thank you so much so happy. Hope this helps.

- Love the sound, fit, easy connectivity and especially the noise cancellation.
- I am really displeased that there is no way to charge the case without an additional purchase since the cord does not fit other Apple devices. If this was known at time of ordering, I would have purchased at the time. Shopping is not easy at the moment due to COVID-19 and delivery times are very delayed. I purchased these to help make things easier while working from home, now I cannot charge them.
Apple should include all requirements for charging OR Best Buy should include a disclaimer that clients will not be able to charge at home without additional purchase.
