Refrigerator/freezer had all important features

Excessive noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Called service department an explained the high pitch hum. Was told it’s normal. When it starts the dog leaves the room and it effects my hearing aids. This can’t be a normal sound. Not happy at all with the purchase

Great Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator Nov 2021 and I am completely satisfied. Unit is well designed with moveable shelves and fits all my needs. I really like that the freezer and the bottom have separate temperature controls!
I especially like that the cooling coils are located on the back of the refrigerator and not on the bottom where they are hard to clean and maintain. These types of refrigerators, with the coils on the back, are getting hard to find but found this Whirlpool

Just right!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the way this fits in. It is slightly smaller than our last fridge. But since there is only two of us now. It is the perfect size for us. The drawers slide so easily. The one shelf we can adjust the height of the shelf. It's perfect.
