[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for 6 weeks. It has been extremely hard to adjust the temperatures. When it came, we plugged it in and waited 24 hours to put any food in it - left the controls at factory settings. After 2 days, 2 cans of soda in the fridge froze and exploded. Adjusted controls per the owner's manual. Everything in the freezer thawed. Had to throw it away. It has been 5 days with no adjustments - seems to be working well. This has been very hard to adjust and very frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can’t regulate the temperature readily. The freezer will not get cold enough to keep ice cream frozen and the temperature fluctuates. Ice cream is always very soft. It’s also very noisy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works well, but has put off a strong out-gassing smell of the plastic or coatings of the insides of both the refrigerator and freezer areas, which has given me continual headaches. After having it a month, airing it out, and washing the insides with backing soda, this is finally dissipating and not bothering me as much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a month ago and it’s very nice for the price. It has glass pull out shelves. You can add ice maker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was dissappointed that I had to have a service call under warranty so soon, with the freezer icing up. I can understand a part needing replacement as that can happen, but this problem was because of a seal separation around the door and was cosmetically fixed by the tech. using clear silicone to stop the air leak. Not so sure if this is a permanent cure, but it seems to be more like putting a band aid on the problem and I'm considering the re-opening of this claim to ask for a new one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this4 months ago for use in an office. No frills is what we needed and it meets expectations. Thought it might be years before I started to hear the weird murmuring sounds when the unit is in 'active' mode, but they're audible already; though not a deal breaker in a work environment
