[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigeration failed within 7 months. Warranty service promised next day after I called. Repair service called saying they couldn't handle the service for another 5 days - no refrigeration in 92 degree days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Will not go to 0 degrees. 10 degrees is as cold as

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] NOT happy with this unit at all First freezer door seal was faulty. Got that fixed but freezer will not go lower than 10degrees. I’ve cream is soft so are fudge bars. Main box is too cold. Fruit freezes lower shelf

Nice second refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a second refrigerator and am very pleased. Turned control knob one setting colder and moved know in freezer to max and it is keeping ice frozen in the freezer, and water cold in the refrigerator. Refrigerator fluctuates from 8 degrees when the compressor is off to 0 or -2 when running. Plenty of room and shelves, not very noisy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A crisper drawer was bad. Called for two days. Could not get a live person! Chat help wasn't much help. In order to replace drawer i need to send a copy of my receipt and send it to the email address. I don't have access to a computer right now and asked for an address to mail the receipt and was told I can't do it by mail.How do I get the drawers?? The phone recording was a ZERO. Before I could say my phone number was told try again.SECOND TIME I was disconnected. Called 3 times each day for three days. Same results. Live person would have solved this minor problem in minutes. THREE DAYS. and I don't know how I'm going to get the crispers.VERY AGGRAVATING
